Subject Information
The subject information screen utilizes user definable selection tables that allow your department to customize and use familiar terminology, while maintaining consistent data entry. Intelli-Narc also uses NCIC physical descriptors for deformities, scars, tattoos, facial hair, skin tone, etc. You may store as much or as little information about your subject as is available to you.

- All entries are date, time, and operator stamped for creation as well as modification
- Confidential informants names will not appear on reports
- If DOB is not available, approximate age may be entered instead
- Free text cautions may be added to any subject
- Multiple addresses and telephone numbers can be stored for each subject, as well as if it is a current address, previous address or other
- With photo imaging purchase, up to 999 photographs allowed per subject
- Multiple alias' are possible, as well as any miscellaneous notes may be entered
- All pertinent parole or probation information may be stored per subject
- Public Assistance history includes, ADC, Food Stamps, Welfare, Child Support, and Housing Assistance
- Current and previous employment history, along with commencement and termination dates
