Do our programs run on a True Windows platform?
Yes. With the approach of the year 2000, all software vendors had two choices. They could either make their existing software Y2K complaint and run it under Windows or they could rewrite their software to be a true windows GUI (graphical users interface) product. We chose to rewrite our programs, as we felt that the first choice would not give our customers the best technology had to offer. We have been operating on a Windows NT 4.0 Server and NT 4.0 Workstation platform since 1995.

Do you offer a demo version of your software?
No. At this time, we do not have a demo version that is available for your review. We feel to accurately show you all that our software does, the best way is for us to go through a demonstration with you personally. Please contact us for more information.

Are your programs interfaced?
Yes. Our Computer Aided Dispatch, Records Management, and Jail Management programs are interfaced. But they are also designed to run as "stand alone" programs, so that they may be purchased separately. By doing this, we allow our customers to start with the basics, and "grow" at their own pace. We also can interface CAD with mapping and Records Management with mugshot imaging.

Has your product been thoroughly tested?
Yes. Many of our customers have been with us for over 10 years, and our current Windows software has now been running successfully since 1996.

Are you interfaced with mobile data?
Yes!  We are interfaced with a mobile data company called Custom Logic Design, and their product is called ZClient.  It is currently running at many large departments including City of Dallas, City of Houston, and Indianapolis.  Please visit their website at http://www.zclient.com.

Do you have security on your software?
Yes. Our security system is set to your departmental specifications. It will allow you to not only decide which modules employees are allowed access to, but will also allow you to determine whether they will have the right to create, modify, or query records within those modules. Someone within your department will be trained by us on the implementation and modification of securities.

Is there one place I can go to view full History on a subject?
Yes. Our Master Name File is the heart of our programs. Every entry made into any of the records modules, as well as entries into Computer Aided Dispatch and Jail Management are all tied back to the Master Name file. So from one screen, you are able to view complete criminal history as well as all entries made into the Jail module, and all entries made into CAD.

What size departments are your programs written for?
Our software is used by a broad range of departments. Our current customers range in size from several officers to over 70 officers. We have customers that have a single-position dispatch center, and several with multiple-position dispatch. 

Do you offer fast, reliable support?
Yes.  Support is important to us.  As our customers will tell you, we base our business on long-term relationships and offer continuing support "after the sale".  Our software support includes an 800 number to call as well as a guaranteed response time of under 4 hours!
