Management software automates the incarceration process from booking an
inmate in, to inmate release, and everything in between. It
performs the necessary information storage and retrieval functions
required for efficient management of jail records. And by using our
KISS approach to software solutions for law enforcement, it remains
simple to use, yet comprehensive.
Features:
- No required pattern of entry on the booking screen.
Thereby allowing for data to be entered as it is collected, not as the
program requires.
- User defined codes and tables allow for your department to customize to use terminology that they are familiar with.
- Statistical information on each subject is
keyed into the Master Name File, and subsequently 'pulled' into
records, eliminating redundant data entry.
- Automatic notification of any hold and victim notification information at the time of release.
- Multiple charges may be entered for a single subject, and if an attempt to release a subject that has an outstanding warrant is made, a warning is given to the operator.
