Computer-Aided Dispatch

A comprehensive and yet simple to use software application that is functional for single position or multi position dispatch centers. Our Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) is designed to give dispatchers access into multiple modules from one screen, allowing for the speed and efficiency necessary in the high pressure, fast paced world of emergency dispatch centers.

Our CAD may be purchased as a stand alone system, or when purchased with our Records Management System and/or Jail Management System is interfaced.

Features:

• Automatic checks by Complainant name, suspect name and incident address into the Warrants, Known Offenders, Weapons Permits, Registered Weapons and Protective Order files. This allows pertinent information to be viewed by the dispatcher who can then advise responding units.
  
• User Defined data entry tables allow each department to customize codes and terminology that are familiar to their employees.
  
• Separate user defined law enforcement and fire signal code fields allow for multiple agency dispatching from a single screen.
  
• Case numbers can be automatically generated for law enforcement, fire, emergency medical services or other agencies, sequentially.
  
• No required pattern of entry on the screen, allowing the flexibility necessary to fill in the information as obtained.
  
• A call that has been started can be saved at any point, allowing for a higher priority call to be started immediately.
