Records Management
Our Master Name File is the "Heart" of our Records Management System.
All history of an individual is tracked through the Master Name file,
including all entries into the RMS as well as all addresses, telephone
numbers, and any changes in physical description that may have occurred
during the course of their history with your department. All of the
information can be obtained from a single screen, allowing for simple,
yet complete criminal history retrieval. And if Computer Aided Dispatch
or Jail Management are also utilized, that information is also
available from the same Master Name file screen.
Features:
- Basic
statistical information is entered into the Master Name file and then
'pulled' into our other modules, eliminating redundant data entry.
- Once
vehicle information is entered, vehicle description as well as VIN
number are automatically pulled into subsequent entries, eliminating
redundant data entry.
- Audit Logs track user modifications, giving increased security to administrators.
- User defined data entry tables allow each department to customize to codes and terminology familiar to their employees.
