Records Management System
Our Master Name File is the "Heart" of our Records Management System. All history of an individual is tracked through the Master Name file, including all entries into the RMS, as well as all addresses, telephone numbers, and any changes in physical description that may have occurred during the course of their history with your department. All of the information can be obtained from a single screen, allowing for simple, yet complete criminal history retrieval. If Computer Aided Dispatch or Jail Management are also utilized, that information is also available from the same Master Name file screen.
Computer Aided Dispatch
A comprehensive and yet simple to use software application that is functional for single position or multi position dispatch centers. Our Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) is designed to give dispatchers access into multiple modules from one screen, which makes multi tasking simple. The goal of this design was to facilitate the speed and efficiency necessary in the high pressure, fast paced world of emergency dispatch centers. Our CAD may be purchased as a stand alone system, or when purchased with our Records Management System and/or Jail Management System is interfaced.
Jail Management System
Our Jail Management software automates the incarceration process from booking an inmate in, to inmate release, and everything in between. It performs the necessary information storage and retrieval functions required for efficient management of jail records, and by using the K&K approach to software solutions for law enforcement, the system remains simple to use, yet comprehensive. One of our existing customers has informed us that their personnel spent as much as forty-five minutes to book an inmate, after migrating to our Jail Management System that time has been cut to approximately ten minutes.
Property and Evidence
Property and Evidence is primarily used to log property that is being kept in custody of a law enforcement agency. In the Property Information screen, you are provided with the capability to transfer, dispose, and release property all from one screen. Our Property and Evidence module can operate as a stand alone system or be interfaced with our other modules, whichever is preferred by your department.
Mug Shot Imaging
Intelli-Mug is a computerized mug shot management system, formerly known as DigiMug. The features available with Intelli-Mug allow you to capture, store and track your mug shots. Intelli-Mug also generates and displays line ups, prints arrest slates, and Wanted and Missing posters. Intelli-Mug offers the ability to view photos using NT/2000/XP workstations without the need for additional hardware over LAN or WAN. Validates data entry, using your data tables, codes and wording. Quickly retrieves suspect photos by name, alias, social security number, FBI number, state identification number, or booking number. Exports photos to outside agencies or companies supporting most common formats utilizing modem, disk, internet, e-mail, etc. Converts images to the following formats: GIF, JPEG, TIF, Windows/OS2 Bitmap, PCX and PNG.
Intelli-Narc
Intelligence gathering made easier. Imagine an application that helps your department track every detail of a case with ease. You can store, retrieve, track, and share intelligence across departments, teams, and task forces, with this application. Originally created for use by drug task forces, this application is useful for any investigative unit. Intelli-Narc lets you track case histories, nicknames, aliases, evidence, photos, prescriptions, drug buys, VINs, probation info, seizures, and just about everything else you can think of that is associated with a drug case, all in one place. Once the information is stored, Intelli-Narc contains a powerful search engine to provide for EASY retreival of information.
